OUR QUALITY POLICY

 Our aim is; to guarantee the permanency of products which don’t deviate from technical standards and which are high performance and reliable, with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003 standards and Medical Devices Directive 2007/42/EC (the directive replaced with 93/42/EEC) and amending the felicity constantly.Our goal is; to serve to be able to make operations much shorter and reliable by improving new models with doctors except from our production service and as a consequence, to be a designer company as well as being a manufacturer. Our principle is; to manufacture our products without any hazard risks to the nature and the human health, in such a high quality that we can even agree to be used for the most valuable people for us with complacency. Our most important product is; to deliver our products which are manufactured with the highest technology in accordance with the standards and directives, to our customers with economical prices in the shortest period.  

Quality Targets

The quality targets are being checked and concluded in the meeting of Management Review in Aygun Surgical Instruments Co. Inc. at the end of each year. The targets are provided to be formed in accordance with the quality policy of company and on the concerned functions and levels. It is clearly stated in the record of the meeting of Management Review and announced to those concerned. Besides, the individual responsible for each kind of function is defined and the necessary criteria is emphasized to be applied in practice.

Designing The Quality Management System   

Considering all the processes, Aygun Surgical Instruments Co. Inc. has done the necessary design to perform the quality management system smoothly and began to apply. When any kind of change is necessary, they are provided to be applied by planning in order to keep the constancy of the unity of the quality management system.
