As Aygün Surgical Instruments; We aim to act in line accordance with legal requirements with the quality assurance system we have created in line with our vision, mission, principles and values, not to lose the trust of our customers in us, and to contribute to development with sustainable development.

On Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety; in accordance with a management approach determined by targets, risks and environmental impacts of our activities; a quality assurance system has been established to prevent contamination, injury and health deterioration. Depending on this quality assurance system;

In the light of Quality Policy

Our goal is to continuously improve our quality assurance systems (ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015) in all our activities. We will follow all applicable international regulations and national laws. We will create and implement effective quality assurance systems in all processes to provide high quality service. We value teamwork and will provide training and resources to support employee development and satisfaction.

We will be a leader in scientific research and technology, while also expanding our product portfolio to meet customer needs. We will strive for efficiency and customer satisfaction by constantly improving our resources and following our Quality Assurance System. We will also use technology to improve communication with suppliers and customers.

In the light of Quality Policy

Our goal is to comply with ISO 14001:2015 and all relevant environmental regulations in the regions where we operate. We will prioritize energy conservation and take steps to reduce energy usage. We are aware of the impacts of climate change and will take appropriate precautions.

We will consider the environmental impact in our manufacturing and operation processes by researching new technologies. We will also set environmental goals and objectives to support continuous development.

In the light of Occupational Health and Safety Policy

We will follow all obligations related to ISO 45001:2018 and fulfill all relevant legal requirements. We will prioritize creating a safe and healthy work environment and prevent work accidents and occupational diseases. We will regularly review working conditions and implement measures to address any issues.

We will make decisions about activities affecting the occupational health and safety system and ensure employee participation in their implementation. We are committed to following these policy guidelines and providing sufficient resources.
